TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Our quotations, deliveries and performance are governed by the terms and conditions set forth below. We consider these conditions known and accepted by the

co-contractor, notwithstanding anything to the contrary stated on the co-contractor's documents. Only Belgian law applies to all contracts.

2. Bills of exchange or accepted securities do not constitute a waiver of these terms and conditions, nor debt novation.

3. Performance deadlines are approximate and can never give rise to compensation or dissolution of the contract at the expense of SUNDO

4. SUNDO's liability for any damage caused by the delivery is limited to the insured amount. Any improper use of the

delivered, as well as an adjustment to the delivered item, shall lead to SUNDO's exclusion of liability.

5. In case of non-payment, SUNDO. has the right, after registered notice, to cancel the contract without judicial authorization. The

co-contractor then undertakes to pay compensation for losses suffered and lost profits fixed at a flat rate of 35% of the total value of the contract.

6. Any complaint or dispute of an invoice must be signaled in writing within eight days of receipt of the invoice.

7. All invoices are payable in cash at Kortrijk, notwithstanding any payment terms to the contrary.

8. In case of full or partial non-payment on the due date, the outstanding invoices will give interest by right and without prior notice

calculated on the basis of the Belgian legal interest rate applicable in accordance with the law on late payment in commercial transactions of August 2

2002, with a minimum interest rate of 12%, and the outstanding balance, after an unsuccessful notice of default, will be increased by 12% of the invoice amount,

with a minimum of €125 and a maximum of €2,500, even when granting terms of grace.

9. In case of full or partial non-payment, SUNDO shall be entitled to recover the delivered goods and they shall again be considered SUNDO's property.

10. In case of dispute, only the courts of West Flanders, Kortrijk division have jurisdiction.

Please read this manual carefully before using the device. Keep the instruction manual for future reference if necessary.

Maintain the unit properly to ensure its continued proper operation. Use a mild soap lye to clean the appliance. Use only accessories supplied or approved by Sundo. If using a mains power supply, keep it away from water. If the power supply or cable is damaged, stop using it and discard it.

The device is splash-proof, and should not be exposed to heavy rain. Keep the device away from fire.
